Halibut

The word Halibut is derived from haly (holy) and butte (flat fish), for its popularity on Catholic holy days.  Eaten fresh, Halibut meat has a clean taste and requires little seasoning and possesses a dense and firm texture.

Broadbill Swordfish

Because "swords" are large fish with a firm meat, they are great for grilling.  Kabobs, yes we have them!  A few minutes on each side of the steak, a pinch of lemon and they think you went to culinary school!

Sashimi Grade Ahi Tuna

Yellowfin tuna is among the larger tuna species, reaching weights over 400 lbs. Yellowfin is excellent for grilling, often served seared rare , come and get it!
